Family fun in Goldstream

How is this much cuteness even possible? Abdu totally stole my heart. We had a fantastic shoot at Cordova Bay Beach. Lots of fun was had by all. This family has an ease and grace about them that is so inspirational. They were oozing with love and respect for each other. It was a privilege to spend the afternoon with them.

Last night in Vic, DJ Champion and his G-Strings took the stage at Sugar. It is impossible for my words to do justice to the killer performance they gave. If they ever stop in your town, GO SEE THEM! They are what live shows are all about. The incredible energy they brought to the stage was infectious and the packed crowd couldn’t get enough. Gitga’at Rally to protest the Enbridge Northern Gateway Pipeline.

It was so moving being up at the rally in Prince Rupert and seeing community come together with such solidarity against the Enbridge pipeline. Many remote and coastal communities depend directly on the lands and waters for their food, livelihood, and cultural practices. If there was a spill in the area, it would not just be an inconvenience, it would completely desecrate the way of life for thousands of people, not to mention sealife and wildlife.
