    I totally adore shooting children and families. The love and playfulness is so inspiring and I always feel so privileged to be there capturing it “on film”. I have to admit this is one of my favorite families as the boys are sweet and stunning and their obvious love for each other is so stinkin’ adorable!   • Lovely Lilie

    This is part one of a two part series for this scrumptious family. They are avid surfers so part two is going to involve sand, surf and snuggles but we wanted to get some images of the first days at home too. There is something so special about those first couple of weeks of settling in as a family. You enter a cocoon and your entire world exists within the four walls of your house. Hours pass just staring at your baby and nothing feels so rewarding. And the love. Oh the love.

  • Devil’s Night

    Just after we bought our big old creaky heritage house, I was walking down the sidewalk behind two boys of about 7 and I heard one say to the other “there’s the haunted house” in reference to our dear old home. Every year since, I have wanted to REALLY hauntify it for Halloween but my hours were somehow always filled with other adventures. Well, this year that glorious dream was finally realized šŸ˜‰ We decked it out from porch to roof with red lights, cobwebs, dismembered doll parts, vultures and dry ice in a witch’s cauldron.   • Heartbreakers

    This was a really fun shoot. The old motorcycle that Graden is riding used to be ridden by his father 32 years ago. With that in mind I went with a a bit of a vintage look on a lot of the photos. Graden sure is a looker, especially with that little page boy cap. So cute! The last few frames are of his adorable cousin šŸ˜‰
