I have a confession to make. I love them all best of all. They are all my favorites. I can’t help it.
All the babies and children that come to me to get photographed are perfect in their own amazing, individual ways. I can’t help but fall in love with each and every one that walks through the studio doors.
William is my favorite because he reminds me of Superman 😉
I just had a lovely pregnancy shoot with Fiona. She was gorgeous and radiant. I can’t wait to meet her little one! We already have plans to do the baby photo shoot. It is so neat being able to capture little ones throughout their first year of life as they change so quickly. Ask us about our special “1st year” package for babies that consists of four shoots within the year and a priceless storybook album to display the images in.

I spent an incredible week on Salt Spring Island at a Mud Girls Cob Building Workshop. The Mud Girls are about promoting and enabling the construction of natural building (mostly cob) affordably. A group of about twenty of us came together to live as a community for a week and build a cob cabin. We all camped in a beautiful apple orchard, swam/bathed in the pond, and were treated to three delicious organic meals a day (the chefs were brilliant! mmmmm). Here is a “quick” sneak peek of Theresa and Witek’s wedding on Pender Island. It was so hard to pick just a few as this was such a gorgeous and unique wedding. Not only were the bride and groom stunning but the setting was brilliant as well. Theresa’s family has been on Pender since the late 1800’s (I love that!). Her father used to fly Theresa in his airplane and land on the private airfield seen in some of the photos below.
