It was so moving being up at the rally in Prince Rupert and seeing community come together with such solidarity against the Enbridge pipeline. Many remote and coastal communities depend directly on the lands and waters for their food, livelihood, and cultural practices. If there was a spill in the area, it would not just be an inconvenience, it would completely desecrate the way of life for thousands of people, not to mention sealife and wildlife. A year ago yesterday I was breathing in great big lungfuls of west coast forest air and marveling at the miracle of life with these two (three) incredible souls. Eric and Melissa got married at the stunning Bear Mountain Resort. Getting married on a golf course held extra significance for the couple as Eric is a pro golfer and the two met on a golf course 😉 The day went smooth as silk with tons of laughter and joy. They definitely win the best reception of the year award. Eric, Melissa and their wedding party surprised their guests with an AWESOME choreographed dance number. Definition of Adorable: Abdu

How is this much cuteness even possible? Abdu totally stole my heart. We had a fantastic shoot at Cordova Bay Beach. Lots of fun was had by all. This family has an ease and grace about them that is so inspirational. They were oozing with love and respect for each other. It was a privilege to spend the afternoon with them.
