    A year ago yesterday I was breathing in great big lungfuls of west coast forest air and marveling at the miracle of life with these two (three) incredible souls.   • Exhibit A

    What a great show it was. I feel so fortunate to have connected with all these amazingly talented women photographers for the Exhibit A gallery show. The turnout to the opening was incredible; the gallery was packed from the moment we opened the doors right up until the end. The day that I sat the gallery, it was pretty quiet which allowed me to take a few photos and have some fun 😉 The series that I did for this show is called “Modern Portraits of a Heritage Town”.   • ANTI-POP CONSORTIUM

    I was pretty excited about heading down to Lucky bar to photograph Anti-Pop Consortium. I had heard lots of great stuff about them and their lyrics and sound are brilliant. The show was great but to be honest I was a little distracted by the fact that my camera loved them 😉 The first images are of TBA (Truth Becomes Audio) who opened for them. Props to them for giving 100% commitment to their performance.   • One of my favorite moments at Rifflandia 2012

    I am a huge believer in encouraging kids to actively engage with the community that they are a part of.  From my experiences travelling in Asia with Ella I think our society has a lot to learn about bringing kids into the folds of community and supporting them in their growth to adulthood. So you can imagine my bliss and respect for Hey Ocean! when this amazing moment happened at Rifflandia.
