Ani Difranco came to town and played a fantastic show on Wednesday. She is such a brilliant musician, but more than that, she is a brilliant woman. I’ve listened to her music for close to a decade now and she always manages to stay relevant. She’s a strong social and political activist who is not afraid to step out of the crowd to stand up for what she believes in.
