This is the third year I have taken family photos for Jen and Stu. I always have a blast as they are some of my favorite people 🙂 This year we had the bonus of their latest addition, Lukas. Dominic is such a great big brother and I just love the shots of them together. They are too adorable! Thanks guys and see you next year!
I went down and photographed Jon & Roy’s CD Release Party show for their new album “Homes“. The MacPherson Playhouse was packed and the show rocked the house. Everyone was on their feet at the end of the show begging for more. Vince Vaccaro and Mother Mother opened for Jon & Roy. I gotta say…those three bands in one show make Keri a very happy girl 😉
Thought everyone could do with a little bit of cuteness this morning. This family is close to my heart and it was such a joy to photograph them with their latest addition. The Daddy/Daughter photos always make my heart melt. Another thing I love? Baby leg pudge 😉
So I finally got to meet my darling nephew! My brother, his wife and their 7 month old son Graden live in Singapore which means that their current visit home to Canada marks my first introduction to the CUTEST little boy in the world. I had contacted Alice at the Base Lounge to see if I could rent their gorgeous space for a photo shoot. We worked out the details and Alice asked if I would photograph her family when I was done with the first shoot. Alice is lovely and radiates health and well-being. I was excited about the opportunity to meet and photograph her family. On the day, the natural light poured in and the family magic began 😉
I was just down at the opening for “the Art of Voting” at Studio 16 1/2. Artists created portraits of the past 34 premiers of BC. I did a rendition of Harlan Carey Brewster.  Thanks to Bill and Kirsten for putting together such a brilliant show. The show is amazing! You should get down to check it out.
