Stop Motion Photography
This is my first attempt at stop motion photography. It was a blast and I’m already plotting our next adventure. It’s all a learning process but I thought I’d share the journey with you!

Ani Difranco came to town and played a fantastic show on Wednesday. She is such a brilliant musician, but more than that, she is a brilliant woman. I’ve listened to her music for close to a decade now and she always manages to stay relevant. She’s a strong social and political activist who is not afraid to step out of the crowd to stand up for what she believes in. On my way home from the cob building workshop on Salt Spring Island, Ella and I took a detour to Sacred Mountain Lavender Farm. Sadly, we were missing the lavender festival by two days but I thought we should still take the opportunity to go by the farm. It was soooooooo worth it. The lavender was GORGEOUS! Hatley Castle was just that. Lots of secretive plotting ensued. Really, he had me at stealth 😉 Thank you Andrew & Vicky for allowing us to document such an incredibly intimate and awesome day 😉 You…
I created this alphabet print for my nephew. Man, I love that kid. He is just sooooooooooo adorable! I’ve never known a baby to have so many different expressions. Photographs by Keri Coles Photography from Victoria BCÂ
